GT High Blood Pressure Tea Premium Blend, 1.4 Ounce Box (20 Tea Bags)

Although I've never had high blood pressure, sometimes it is closer to the upper end of "normal" than I like, so I tried this brand of tea based on reviews. It is caffeine-free and tastes great chilled with nothing added. This is important because the last thing I want to do is be tempted to add sugar to something that I am supposedly drinking for optimal health! Whenever I encounter tea that is very bland, I always try honey or a few drops of lemon juice (from an actual lemon!) before resorting to sugar to make it drinkable, and even then only coconut or turbinado sugar. Along with excessive amounts of salt, too much sugar is one of the worst enemies of good health. I've been monitoring my blood pressure weekly in recent months, and noticed a significant drop within a few weeks of starting to drink this regularly. My BP is now in an elite range! Drinking this is 10X better than having a doctor prescribe you expensive drugs with who knows WHAT for side effects to get the same result. I view drugs as a synthetic solution and tea such as this a natural solution, so this is the obvious answer for me.

Tea is always good

I started the tea during the Christmas holiday to keep my high blood pressure under control. The first thing I noticed I made a lot more trips to the bathroom,next the inflammation in my fingers and risk were less noticeable.And more important my normally high pressure reading is now below 130/80. I believe all due to tea the only con is the taste was not to my liking so add a spot of honey

Not sure that it is working as it states will have to try it for longer. It is more expensive than another brand, which gives 6 boxes.

This tea looks and tastes like dirt! I was sure fooled on this one. Someone went out and dug up some dirt and put it into teabags and sold on Amazon. And it can't be returned. Unbelievable

Great tasting relaxing tea. Lowered pressure within several days after 3-3 cups. This is my go to tea for a calm soothing feeling. Great anytime tea. Shared with several friends.
