Arrived quickly. Very much to my taste;very hot tasted from the bottle but perfect sprinkled over or through food. It is very hot without being insane - very well balanced and flavour is good. I like it.

If you like that familiar fruity flavour of Tobasco and can handle something hotter... like a LOT hotter... then you gotta try this Scorpion Tobasco!!! Its surprisingly HOT even for a chilli head like me 😁 and still has that Tobasco quality we all expect.

I'm obsessed with this stuff, my diet now revolves around eating stuff compatible with this sauce. Proper spicy but not spicy for the sake of spicy, it actually delivers flavour too. Lovely stuff.

Lovely sauce and nice amount of heat. I had no short "best before date" issues like some have reported (over a year on mine) The problem is, like most of these sauces, you get used to the heat very quickly. The first bottle lasted 2 weeks but the second is almost finished after one week. My search for the perfect spicy sauce continues unfortunately.

First impressions are good. Well packaged, good consistent sell by date. Strong kick. I’m going to possibly come back and update this review. Tabasco, I’m tolerant with to the point of immunity, I’d say is vinegar strength. This one, well it’s much stronger and is a lasting burn too. I didn’t expect heat this from the commercial scale reputation of Tabasco. As I said that’s my first impression, I need to try it on a diversity of foods and test quantities yet. Update: I’m back and have bought a second batch, yes it’s grown on me quickly. The heat is good and I’m already adding more as tolerance builds. Give it a go, it will grow on you.

I knew tasting this for the first time would be a dangerous endeavour because now I go through around 2 bottles of Tabasco's Scorpion Sauce every 3-4 months. It's easy making any sauce so hot it will burn the pants right off you. But one where the taste is so wonderful you just can't stop eating even if your nose is running like Niagara Falls? That takes some skill. There's a good video on YouTube showing the making of Tabasco which I recommend. A better appreciation for them manifests when you realise the chillies have to age literally for years before it even goes into your bottle. It's also really satisfying seeing the old barrels they are stored in, aging like fine wines when it's actually chillies. A few drops in your dish will definitely do. But given the taste, I wouldn't blame you if you kept going. Be cautioned: this thing is hot.
