I had a really bad toothache and at the moment, I don't have insurance. I bought this stuff on a whim because I was desperate. The capsules taste awful, but I took 2 per day and I feel great now. Let my start off by saying I’m definitely gonna keep these on hand. They absolutely came in handy. I had a dental issue like most of the comments have and I took a chance on this product. When I say my issue was cleared up and about a week, I was shocked. The capsules were easy to swallow. You can use up to three a day. It’s a natural product. I also would follow the instructions when it comes to dosage because even though it has natural ingredients in it, zinc can upset your stomach very quickly if it’s empty so definitely eat before taking this product. I believe two a day will do the trick depending on your issue. I had an abscess with swelling around the gum line and it completely cleared up. I am so grateful I found this.
