These pills are so great. They are small and you only need to take one a day. I finished the first bottle. I am re ordering. My knees are bone on bone. This product is very effective on joint pain. I was considering having knee surgery. I’m 78 and a veteran. I went to the orthopedic doctor at the VA Hospital and he said that I am eligible for a knee replacement. He gave me a Cortizone shot and gave me a prescription for pain medication. I went to the pharmacy, sat down and waited for my prescription to be filled and a 94 year-old. Korean war veteran sat next to me and I told him that I was having issues with my knees and he told me about this product. I am ever so thankful for him letting me know as I am not having knee replacement surgery even though it’s bone arm bone.
