I think it's technically a textbook (at least it was for a class I took), but it's relatively short and very accessible. I can't recommend it enough (even if it is a bit dated with technology).

I highly recommend the book for anyone interested in hospitality, retail, or service industries or anyone interested in building a winning culture in their workplace.
