I got this phone for my pre-teen daughter to use because she just started afterschool sports and she needed a way to call for rides. So far it has been reliable. I use the google familylink to monitor and block apps that I don't think she should have access too and limit the screen time, and so far that is all working out.

I normally am a Samsung fan. I stumbled on this lg and was sceptical but to my surprise it is set up like a Samsung. I love it, and at low cost I can't complain

Great cameras and good form factor. Plenty of internal memory for the money, but sometimes it gets really slow, esp. when using the text message app and it is difficult to reboot. I suggest rebooting it daily to keep it work properly.

I've had this model before, but it got broken, and I consider myself lucky that Amazon made it possible for me to replace it with the same product.

I bought this Tracfone phone in early November. I charged it up and loaded my data from my old phone onto it. After about an hour it turned itself off. I was never able to get it to power on again. I called Tracfone support and they were not able to help. I started the process of returning to Amazon. In this process there was an option to contact an expert who might be able to resolve the issue without having to return the item. So I took this option. The expert had me try several things, but nothing worked. Tracfone told me they would send me a replacement immediately and they would email me a return shipping voucher. I returned the defective phone to them the next day. I never received a new phone. After several weeks and more than 3 hours with Tracfone support, they told me they could not send me a replacement because they no longer had that phone. They offered me a different brand as a replacement. Reluctantly I agreed. They never sent that phone either. Finally after a month I contacted Amazon and explained what had happened. They got on the line with me and talked to tracfone. After another hour Amazon refunded my money. I never received a replacement from Tracfone. When my current service with Tracfone expires, my wife and I will change to a new provider.

When this phone works like it is supposed to, it works fine. The price was right. I love the size of the phone and the features. However, this phone is a Tracfone. It took two days to switch the number from my old tracfone to the new phone. Now the data keeps going off and on. I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to get this fixed. Each time when it does get fixed, I ask if I am going to have to call back in two weeks for another fix and I am assured that this time it will work. Well, I am now on my fourth time just the other day and received the same assurance. Their customer service is awful. I have no idea where it comes from but you cannot understand a word they are saying. I think my days of using a tracfone after this phone no longer works are over.

Got this phone for $50 on sale here on Amazon last week. It's well worth $50 for everything you're getting. Has nice stereo speakers, and has all the extra bells and whistles too. Also has a FM Radio and the new Dark Mode feature.

i need to know where to get ear phones for it my ones from the the old phone dosent fit or what blu to i really love the phone.
