Review: Great book for therapists, their clients, and anyone who wants to make changes in their lives - I use this book with my clients a lot, and it's something they can do on their own. I do distance counseling, so we generally don't go through the workbook together. My clients work on it and then review with me what they're learning and how helpful they think it is, and we talk about what they're getting out of it. Every client to whom I've recommended the book so far has found it helpful. People who want to make changes in their lives without going to therapy will find this an excellent resource as well, and it's very user-friendly.

I use this book with my clients a lot, and it's something they can do on their own. I do distance counseling, so we generally don't go through the workbook together. My clients work on it and then review with me what they're learning and how helpful they think it is, and we talk about what they're getting out of it. Every client to whom I've recommended the book so far has found it helpful. People who want to make changes in their lives without going to therapy will find this an excellent resource as well, and it's very user-friendly.
