I've purchased these lidocaine patches several times for myself, and after seeing how well they worked, several of my family members have started buying them too. I've also used the medical-grade lidocaine patches provided by the hospital, and honestly, these work even better for me. If you're looking for fast pain relief, I highly recommend giving these a try. They have little to no odor, are easy to apply, stay in place well, and provide excellent pain relief. I recommend them to anyone dealing with muscle or joint pain.

These work just as well as other brands and adhere as equally too. I can say I’ve tried several brands so this is both for quality and quantity. I had a lower spinal fusion recently and I use these daily as I am only 5 months out and these make sleeping and occasionally daytime more comfortable when necessary. I’ve read a few reviews where people said they didn’t adhere well and in my personal experience with all these patches and all brands with excessive rolling or with your clothing rubbing overtime the patch will come off. Let’s face it these medication patches people not this isn’t duct tape! That being said I have woke with them on my back every morning in place. I will only be buying these if that doesn’t say anything? Now if I’m going to work I would recommend using some tape around the edges. If your pants or shirt or strap of any kind is going to rub against it constantly it is going to come up and off if you don’t. Common sense goes a long way. But seriously look no further, great product!

I recently tried these after the other brand continued to get worse and worse quality and not sticking. These are pretty good. They adhere pretty well and are decent size but are a bit smaller than the clear backing sometimes. Sometimes leaves a slight residue, not a problem, only if you wear it overnight and peel it off, and it feels slightly tacky, not white or anything. These do not smell like medication, these are plain. Have not irritated my sensitive skin. It is Spring/Summer. Never wear more than 2 patches at the same time. It can cause bad things like Arrhythmias. You can cut into smaller pieces or skinny strip for certain areas. Like ball of foot, thumb knuckle or neck area… split up 1 patch in different areas, wear overnight, take off in morning.

Bought these based on price and I am totally satisfied. Works as well as Salonpas and other 4% Lidocaine brands, including store brand generics. Adhesion has been excellent. I totally recommend. FOLLOW UP (12/10/23) - Frustration with Adhesive Backing I am on my second box of 30. While I am still very satisfied with the effectiveness and convenience of these pads, I am frustrated by product inconsistency. Specifically, the plastic backing is sometimes difficult to remove, the adhesive is gooey and sticky, and as I peel the backing, the pad tends to fold in on itself and/or gets stretched out. This occurred on a few of the pads in the first box I bought, but most were fine. As I begin to use the second box, it has occurred on nearly every pad. This is frustrating and I have occasionally had to throw out a pad, or snip off a portion that had folded over and became unusable. As I read back over reviews, I have noticed that a lot of people have had this experience as well. That is disappointing. I will be reaching out to Wellspring, if they do not respond in this forum. 4/10/24 FOLLOW UP I did follow up with Wellspring at their number on the box. They were very responsive and sent me a new box of 30. I appreciate their responsiveness. Between the box of 30 I had just started using, and the box they sent me, I have had very few pads that peeled smoothly as designed. Most were sticky and stretched out as I tried to peel and apply them to my knee and ankle. I often cut the pad in half because I do not need a complete 3.9"x5.5" pad in either area. Either way, when applying the pad it tends to stretch from 1.5 to 2 times its length. I just put a complete 3.9x5.5 on my knee. Final size when applied was 2.9"x12". Unfortunately, I suspect, from both experience and others' reviews, that most of the other similar sized and priced pads sold here on Amazon are likely to have the same problem. Good pain relief but unreliable application and adhesion.

I had high hopes for these lidocaine patches based on the reviews, but have been disappointed. First off, I barely feel any pain relief whatsoever, and have used them for 4 days now. Secondly, they do not stay on for long. They adhere OK when first applied to the skin, but the edges start to roll up and the patch peels and falls off even when I'm being very careful with my movements. Glad they work for some people, but they've been a big disappointment for me.

I'll start by saying that I've been buying these packs for literally years, maybe even close to half a decade. I used to rave about these patches because they would actually stick compared to the competitors. However, over the last year, they have changed the product so much that it is no longer worth buying. The list of changes they made that has ruined this product: 1. They changed the way you split the plastic protector to a wavy pattern that just made it more difficult to apply than when it was just a straight line (minor issue tbh) 2. These patches used to stick on SUPER firmly and it was the best thing about them compared to the competitors. It would stay on all day once you applied it since it was super strong! Unfortunately, it no longer sticks on. This is the biggest reason why I'm stopping these patches. What's the point of the patches if they just fall off after an hour? 3. They changed where the application of the sticky part is on the patch so that the edges dont have any sticky part on them. This contributes to the patches falling off because as you move, clothing can get just underneath the patch where there is no sticky part and push it off of your skin. The edges of the patch can lift on various parts of the body allowing anything that catches on it to take the patch off your body. Legitimately sad about these changes because this used to be an amazing product! Really bummed out about the shortcuts on the product theyve added in the past year. I hope they fix it, but frankly I'm never buying these again to find out.

Very good deal when compared to most sources. We use these for many types of pain, especially back and shoulder pain.
