Solved our fabric softener problem
Fabric softener tray in washing machine stopped working. Tried all the usual remedies - without success. I suspect low water pressure resulting from the hot summer. Ordered these as a last chance - and they work. Done reviews say they break - but if handled with care this should not happen. Just put softener in - pull plug gently to seal the ball and drop into the wash - bingo. And they arrived as planned. Value for money? The alternative of no softener or engineer to fix the problem? Good value!

Love this comfort ball it's the best it makes it perfectly good you just put it on top off your washing and it works like a dream no more cleaning your washing machine drawer

Ok
Got this as my machine dispenser pump stopped working. This does dispense the conditioner but unsure of what stage in the wash. Unfortunately the softener has stained a few white items of clothing. Not really impressed.

Fantastic
I wasnโt convinced these balls would work, but they absolutely do. Brilliant idea. My washer wasnโt dispensing thick fabric softener so I thought Iโd give these a go. FANTASTIC. Good value price and do the job. I also donโt need to be constantly cleaning the dispenser drawer on my washer.

Disappointed with product and service.
It broke just after the 30 days guarantee. Itโs very flimsy. Tried contacting company to raise an issue but Amazon keep sending me in circles around customer service page because theyโre the ones who fulfil order. So can ask any anyone for a replacement. Very disappointed in product and service.

It might be too soon, but...
It functions perfectly and as described. I don't know for long the mechanism will work, but for now, this little mech device solves all my issues. 10/10
