Delicious!
These are very easy to prepare and totally delicious. They absorb flavours well are high in fibre and have a lovely texture once cooked. Perfect as an alternative or alongside rice and orzo. Delicious! Strongly recommend.

Great but not for Wheat Grass Cultivation
It is delicious, but I could not grow wheat grass despite trying many different methods. You can only consume it as it is. I boiled and mixed it with yoghurt, and it was delicious.

I found this grain harder to germinate than other makes. Chicken liked it biut not much green produced.
