You’re supposed to reuse the old screws from your old fan clutch. If you don’t have them either order them from bmw or find out the type of screw and get it from a local hardware store

Started my 325i after installation of the clutch. Even with the engine cold, the clutch was locked up and the fan running at full speed. Also noticed the fan was howling a lot more than with the oem clutch. Decided to return and install an electric fan instead.
