My bike didn't come with a blinking rear tail light, only a rear reflector. I purchased these flashing lights to increase visibility for safety. I ride my bike during early morning or evening when the daylight isn't the brightest so the flashing lights increase visibility to cars. The elastic rubber straps for attaching the lights work well and are easily attached and detached. I attached two lights to the rear on the bike rack. I only use one while riding, but it's nice to have a spare light. ( I have a bike bag on the rear rack which would block the light if it was attached to the seat post ) Also attached one of the lights facing forward on the handle bar stem. The USB charging port is the older USB Micro B, not the newer Type C. The light recharges quickly and works for several hours.

Upon receipt 3 of 4 worked perfectly. On the 4th one the charging port was off center and I was unable to plug it in to charge. Removed 2 screws (using eye glass screwdriver) repositioned the chip the port was glued to and was able to fix the problem. These are a great price either way. They provide great visibility if you are out at night or in overcast rainy weather. I’ve been using them for a couple of weeks now.

Very bright

Easy to install. I put these on 6 bikes and they work great. All the adults also carry spares in case the batteries run out(they last a long time). So nice they can be recharged

These lights are bright as hell, and they run for about 6hrs between charges. They last for about 2 yrs, this is my 2nd set. Very expensive!! 👍

I really liked the blue flashing lights mode, everyone said I looked like a police car. They were really quite bright and I'm sure I was easily seen from over a mile away. However, the lights were unreliable, frequently stopping for no reason. When they did work, the average run time was about 2 1/2 to 3 hours.. I often get out at 5am, and 3 hours isn't enough run time for me. I used them as a backup light for my other light which has a run time of at least 12 hours. If they could improve the run time and reliability, I would have kept them, but I returned them for a refund. If you do short commutes around an hour, they might work for you. Also, because I have my seat pretty low, I had to attach the lights to my seat stays, and the rubber mounting system wasn't quite tight enough around the seat stays.

Red ones so far are Very poorly made. Esthetically ok. However, Freezes on continued flash till battery dies. Another one, button failed and unusable, and died after continued flashing throughout the night. Hence both are now fully charged but can’t turn on or turn off if one is turned on. Hopefully, the ones with police lights last past one week.

Love these lights and the blue option adds protection during night riding. I would like to see more longer battery life per charge
