Best training dummy I have ever had

Why does everyone say it looks like a bunch of dildos? Looks like a good dummy to practice with. Strong hard wood. Would cost a lot more to hire someone to hold heavy wood. You can do it solo.

You will need a thick but thin pole or tree to set up on*** Although, if you are looking for a product for practice, especially as one thats willing to practice shadow fighting and save money, this is the product for you. I have hundreds of videos to show for it and I am going to post one of my early days of practice with this same product, at the end of this comment of course. I will make it short. I practiced on this product for 3 years, I was introduced with Boxing then began practicing with other arts for certain years, this product has me sold. I destroyed mine because I left it out in the rain and sun for 3 years but it showed that the arms would still be around if I didn't. Bottom line, this is top tier for a low budget and I suggest ANYONE to get this even if they had a dojo. Here is the video.*above or below*

I easily attached to a tree and Ive never used that type of racket strap before. I adjusted and readjusted it several times after visits to dojo to get the wooden mans Limbs to where I needed them to be for my height for doing wing chun. I LOVE the arms and legs have springs in them so I can whallop get the feel without the full on pain of a fixed limb dummy. The bent leg is padded where as rest are wood with pad over springs. Being able to quick detach the lower padded leg with a pin is very useful as my dog would eat the padding! It could all be removed (say to a park) but youd have to unthread strap racket. It doesnt come with pads and you can pull the limbs forward on some specialty high end wooden dummies. I REALLY love it for my practice now if you want hard core thumping or you have long arms the give from the springs and the length or limbs might not suite u. Im 5'5" hubby is 6' and fits us good. I could easily see buying a plank of wood. Attaching it to that and attaching plank to wall or a wide door frame in way I could take it off easily to use indoors or to a weighted punch bag. We did consider to a FAT PVC pipe in a bucket of cement lol. All in all the metal & wooden parts are quality so great deal. ENJOY!
