Review: Great Product - This chair was extremely easy to put together. It is very sturdy and easy to clean. We had an issue with one of the plastic brackets beneath the seat getting loose and causing the seat to slide, but I emailed OasisSpace Customer Service and could not have been happier with the experience. Ivy and the customer service team responded to my email(s) almost immediately (even on weekends), asked for photos of the problem, recognized it, then immediately shipped me an entire new seat with expedited shipping and I got it within 2 days of the original email complaint. Very good customer service! Some of the best I have ever had from a company. Highly recommend this product and company!

Sturdy and easy to maneuver around the bathroom and bedroom. Easy to assemble. On the down side, the package looked like it had been rolled down a hill. Some of the hardware was missing but I have more hardware than you can shake a stick at.

Easy to assemble and fits over toilet as advertised. Sturdy construction except for seat tabs (plastic). These tabs snapped off first time seat was used. Other reviews indicated the same problem. Provided the seller with photos and description of problem. Have not received a response. Correct the issue by replacing the seat tabs with heavy duty Velcro tape on frame and seat. Works great now.
