The unit arrived quickly and was very simple to assemble. The battery was not fully charged so I used another battery I had from a different tool to test it out. It was simple to understand and very easy to use. The blower is fairly light and easy to maneuver, and with the turbo feature, it takes care of grass and leaves from ten to fifteen feet away. It's the best way to take care of removing leaves and other rubbish from under bushes and shrubbery, as well as blowing away grass and leaves from rock beds and other difficult, uneven surfaces. It's been a big timesaving unit and I use it on a weekly basis and makes taking care of the yard much easier to do.

Good power and charges quickly. Light enough so that most people can use fairly easily.

Light weight, charges fairly quickly, holds a charge pretty good for how I use it. Haven't had to use it to clean up fall leaves yet. The highest speed and volume is when you push the Turbo button, battery won't last as long if you use Turbo a lot.

Blower works well -- lightweight, not too loud; battery stays charged for about 1 hour. Considering buying an extra battery. Difficult removing battery from blower body.

Powerful enough to move leaves in a small yard or patio. Noise is not overwhelming or offensive.

I’m happy with this blower. Enough power for my small front yard and backyard.

After a year the charger stopped holding a charge. It worked fine for blowing leaves and dust while it worked.

Easy to use. Light weight. Easy controls. Battery sufficient. Would like the battery power to last longer.

Greenworks 24V with 4ah battery works well -- Using it to clear light snow in cold Manitoba Canada. Original battery was faulty, and manufacturer exchanged it without problem - they said new battery would arrive in about 10 business days (over the Xmas Holidays) and actually had it in about 9 calendar days!! On average takes 2.5 hours to charge. My actual run time for battery: 2 minutes on high, then 10 to 11 minutes on Turbo and then battery is dead (which allows me to clear 2 walkways and 2500 sq ft driveway with a lightly dusting of snow). Must run at "normal speed"/high for 2 minutes before can use continuously on Turbo -- if use Turbo for more than 3 seconds before the initial 2 minutes, the machine shuts off and needs to be turned on again (??needs a warm up time??). Has a "continuously on" switch which is nice, but would recommend it should also have a locking slide button for continuously on Turbo -- as you must continuously depress Turbo button with your thumb on top of the handle when using Turbo, which is tiring on the thumb. Would definitely recommend for quick clearing of a light shallow snowfall.

This product is effective and easy to use. My only issue is that the battery only lasts about 15 minutes and takes about 3 hours to charge.

As some suggest it may be a little short in the long term power but it works for my small yard.
