I must've bought this stuff ten times in the last ten years. It's mostly vitamin C plus caffeine. I take it when I am sick and it really helps give me a lift for a few hours and it tastes great. It really is the best thing I've found to make me productive for a couple hours when I have to work even though I am sick, you know. It really clears my mind and allows me to focus and think. I would say it works for 2-3 hours.

This stuff is the greatest. Discovered it in Australia, nearly 15 years ago, and have taken it since and stayed healthy and energetic. I has some kind of balance to it, that's beyond my scientific ability to explain...but you can just feel how healthy it is.
