I am not happy with the price for what you get, though, so next time I will look for a more reasonably priced version of this "essence of corn" or "corn extract" product (I had not heard of such a product before I ordered this - and I am only a sometimes baker). This made my fake cornbread actually taste good, so for that reason I am giving this 4 stars (1 star deduction for the poor value of this product).
