Of course you don't hear anyone bringing up these issues! It's just like the many HEPA air purifiers out there that produce OZONE at much higher levels than are typical in a closed environment, and those high levels are not good for those with lung conditions according to studies with the NIH! I think there is a good possibility that the Arofume EOD got me started into a recent "sinus flare."
