**Q: Will this work with a sunlite F2 trainer?**
A: I have a F@ Mag trainer and that is very similar and it works fine.

**Q: Can I use it on nut bolted attached wheel?**
A: If you can run in through your wheel hub I think it will work

**Q: Can I keep this on bike for when riding outdoors or do i need to switch back to the original skewer beforehand?**
