I've been using this cream based on medical advice from certified medical skin specialist. It is thick but spreads out evenly and gives good protection without drying out the skin. However since I go out for work and travel daily, it gets over quickly. Nevertheless in my opinion it's better than many commercial ones available in the market. Good value for money.
