A few years back I had knee surgery following a car accident and doing yard work this year I definitely reinjured my knee and knowing what the alternative is I wanted to try a brace and I'm glad I did. It seems to be working well. I can feel more support in the knee but I also like how this is made. I didn't want to get anything thick or rigid and this is not. In fact: it's a very soft material and I like the three straps that hold it in place properly.
