Best hand cream on the market! Used this on my dry and cracked hands and they were healed after a few days. This cream is also non-greasy and unscented.

This is a really nice cream for dry cracked hands in the winter weather. It does not have an odor and it feels very smooth.

This is the only stuff that works. It works quickly, hydrates and heals really well. Soaks in quickly so you can do stuff in just like a minute. Doesn’t feel slimy on your hands after just a minute. Overall 10/10. Best lotion.

Wish I knew about this before I was given a pretty heavy-duty steroid (Betamethasone) for my ‘eczema’, which only existed on my hands. I wash my hands 20-25x a day. The steroid never seemed to help and my skin always seemed to be in much worse shape after each application. O’Keefe’s resolved 95% of my ‘eczema’ / dry skin problems in 7 days. The crazy part is I’ve only had to apply it 3x a day as it continues to protect and moisturize even after washing my hands 20-25x/day. The only other lotions that have worked for me are Sarna (Original) and Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream for Dry to Very Dry Skin. The biggest challenges with these are: 1.) Having to reapply constantly after washing my hands 2.) Greasiness factor. They worked great but left my hands feeling EXTREMELY greasy. O’Keefe’s is NOT greasy AT ALL. A moderate amount goes a long way. I can use my phone without leaving greasy smudges on the screen and turn a doorknob literally 30 seconds after application. O’Keefe’s has another lifelong customer!

This is the only hand cream or lotion that has been able to stop the cracking and peeling on my hands in the winter. It’s kind of expensive, no matter where you get it but completely worth it.

Se absorbe perfectamente asi que no ando dejando huellas pegajosas en todo lo que toco, me mantiene las manos bien hidratas pero siempre reaplico depues de un par de lavadas. Lo mas importante es que no me causa picazon en las manos ni me saco granitos de alergia como la version de tarro, asi que les recomiendo esta de bote apachurrable, no se que es la diferencia pero esta no me causa ninguna reacción mala, la amo.

Es la mejor crema para manos, yo suelo lavarme las manos constantemente, es como una costumbre que tengo. Mis manos ya estaban muy secas, esta crema a la primera las mejoró e hidrató.

Súper hidratante, recomiendo usarla solo antes de dormir, ya que tarda un poco en absorberse y quedan un poco resbalosas las manos… te amanecen las manos muy suavecitas.
