Is it enough room to fit usb cord and the power cable as well?

NO! Don't listen to this guy! It only has enough room for the data cable and unit. Ac adapter DOES NOT FIT. Unless you want a big lump in the side or middle of your case and not being able to fully close/zip it?

I bought it for my MK3 fits perfectly, no idea if it fits MK2
