This sleeve, for me, has been very effective. I am using it to keep swelling down after knee replacement surgery. I will say that my whole leg is very swollen, so it is too tight on my upper thigh. I just folded it over and it works fine. I can tell it makes a huge difference because when I take it off there is a definite delineation between my upper and lower thigh. The sleeve is very comfortable. I can put my ice right on it and it protects my leg. I am enjoying using it.

First day wearing them. I am 3 weeks post my third revision of a TKR. My opposite knee also needs replacing, and the strain from the last three years has truly exposed its weakness and limitations. I can tell you from wearing these now for one day, they truly are supportive and helpful. I have found that reducing and keeping swelling under control has been one of my best friends through every one of my knee surgeries. I don’t know how long these will last, but I would pay this monthly for a pair of these if they will continue to provide the support I feel now even for 30 days. They provide stability to my knee, and they give me extra spring in my lifting. I think there’s a really well made and so far so good. Like I said, if I can get 30 days of wear out of one pair, I believe it’s worth it monthly for the investment. If they fall apart tomorrow, it could change my opinion, but as for now, I think I’ve done well.

I ordered the long compression sleeve for legs to help with a flare up of sciatica. It has reduced pain and improved mobility. I ordered a size smaller than specified in the size chart and it fits perfectly and stays up. I wear it all day, and it’s not too warm. The compression sleeve gets four stars instead of five because the lower/ankle end is too large and doesn’t provide any compression. It would be so helpful if these types of things were specifically made for women.

I have 4 of them. I alternate them every few days. They areva game changer for my right knee. I had kneee surgery and they really make my knee feel better and helps with support. Easy to clean/ hand wash only.

These compression sleeves are good quality. The over the knee compression was good, however below the knee and down the calf is quite loose. I am bummed they didn’t work for me.

These are fabulous! I was surprised when I first took them out of the package cuz they looked like the size of a child's leg warmer, lol! But they stretch out, and fit really well and stay up. They do not roll around. They are a heavier material, so great for cooler weather or cold people in the summer. I am ordering more of these so I have multiples and different colors but will be looking for thinner ones also for summer. The fit was perfect. I went by their size guide and it was perfect. If you need these, I highly recommend!

Go a size up and you will be happy this is probably one of the best purchases I have ever made. Very good support. Very easy to put on and take off. Very satisfied with this product will buy another pair. The silicone makes gives it a sturdy but comfortable feel.

They fit my big legs very well and they are quite comfortable. I purchased them to help control the swelling after I blew out my patellar tendon and due to scheduling issues, I had to wait 2 weeks for corrective surgery. My knee was selling so bad it hurt, once I got these on, within 12 hours the swing was controlled and within 24 it was going down. They have also helped the strain on my other leg that it's having to take up the extra load. I'm only writing this review because I am buying a second set since I'll need them for a while. The only con I have with them is that the velcro is VERY STRONG so it'll grab the cloth and pull it causing visible snags. It's only cosmetic so I'm not to worried about it.
