As mentioned in other reviews, they do chip, but not to the point of concern. Good weight to them, but not heavy by any means. The size of the plates, bowls, and cups is bigger than a lot of brands and it's GREAT! LOVE THEM!!

We were looking to replace our every day dishes and purchased this set. It came timely and was packed very well. It was also important that the dishes by microwave and dishwasher safe. The style and color is great.

They look great with my black, white and gray kitchen. I already broke 1 bowl. They are very bulky and I only stack 5 together since the don't stack one inside the other. They also don't fit standing upright in the dishwasher so they do take up more space. I still really like them though. A couple of plates and bowls have scratched since I got them 3 months ago....just gotta be careful with these! The scratches aren't very noticeable.

This is nice heavy duty dinnerware set. The bowls and cups are nice and deep and the colors were exactly as pictured. Matches my new home very nicely. I would recommend.

First, I think they look great. They are heavier than other dishes I've owned, so they seem to be sturdy, but already after 1 month two of them have developed chips on the outer edges. These are rather slippery in the dishwater when washing them, which is how one of the aforementioned chips first developed. Also, the outer finish is not as clingy as glaze finishes I've seen, resulting in poor plastic wrap adhesion, which I use mostly to cover my plates and bowls when using the microwave.

They are more beautiful in person and really compliment my black and white!
