The product worked great! A lot better than I expected.
I was initially very skeptical but I was tired of soft scrubbing my Pfaltzgraff April plate setting. Plates have a cream colored base color and mine were gray from the utensils. We have a member of the family that really marks up the plates when they insist on cutting their food long after one side is separated from the other. The price tag was steep but, now after using it, I beleive worth every penny. I am sorry I didn't take before and after pics. After Christmas, when the everyday set comes back out, I will. I lined up the plates and bowls still around and did half of each plate and the whole family was amazed at the difference between each side. Beat me standing at the sink scrubbing each one. Will bay this again.

Worth the Money
Let me start by saying that I rarely write reviews. I have had my Pfaltzgraff dishes for almost 25 years. I have tried all the internet fixes for removing silverware stains to no avail. My expectations for this cleaner were very low. This cleaner is amazing! I applied a small amount and let it sit for about 15 minutes. Then I used a rag and applied a little pressure. This cleaner took off 25 years of stains! My plates look brand new!

it was reformulated and the current liquid does NOT have quite as fine a grit
I can answer the previous several questions regarding the $75.00 high price of this item. This particular version of the Phaltzgraff Stoneware & Porcelain Cleaner is the previous generation (10 oz. bottle) and is no long available. I called the supplier for Amazon (HomePlumbing.com) and was told they have only a handful of old bottles left in stock. I have used this product for 15+ years. My original 10 oz. bottle lasted about 10 years. The Pfaltzgraff company suspended selling this cleaner for 2-3 years. I know because I kept calling to find out when it would be available again. Eventually they began to sell it again. However, it was reformulated and the current liquid does NOT have quite as fine a grit, so I am afraid to use it on all surfaces. The original formula could be used even on chrome without scratching! I decided to go ahead and purchase a bottle of this previous version at the high price of $75.00 because there is no other equal. It works beautifully on porcelain, stove-tops, chrome, etc. There you have it!

It really does work
My Pfaltzgraff stoneware were all marked from scraping and cutting on plates. A friend told me about this product and it did indeed work but I noticed on the oldest of plates it only took about 75% of the marks off. So it should be used as soon as marks begin to appear which is quite soon after using Pfaltzgraff dinnerware. It is the only line of dinnerware that I've used that marks so badly which obviously is why they created this product.

Gets Rid of Flatware Marks
I have used other products like Bon Ami to remove flatware marks on my Pottery Barn dishes, but it involved a lot of scrubbing. This product needs only to be wiped on and left to do the work. I put about a nickel size drop on a dinner plate and spread it around with a paper towel. Let it sit for a while (30-60 minutes), rinse off well and then put them in the dishwasher just to make sure all of the product has been removed from the dishes. I like the results and would recommend. The product does come with a warning because it is an eye and skin irritant. Be sure to read label before use.

AMAZING!!!!!!!!
This product is amazing. The attached pictures are the before & after. I rubbed the product on with a paper towel. Let it sit for 15 minutes then washed it off. That's it! (I also ran the dishes through my dishwasher afterwards just for good measure.) I did find that a generous application worked better than the ones where I applied it sparingly. I would highly recommend this product however the label does say it is not for use with fine china.

Doesn’t work!
Seriously does not work. I followed directions perfectly but had to rub and work product long and hard to get maybe a 50% improvement. Tried adding Barkeepers friend after the application, and wait and when results were poor, tried using synthetic scratch pad too. I have Popeye muscles now. And still scratch marks on my Pfaltzgraff stoneware dishes. Caveat emptor!
