(In the down position)** A: The only time I have had it get stuck or jammed has been when I am cutting plastic (vinyl or plastic normal 3 hole punched dividers or pockets I have “converted” to use with my happy planner). It tends to be the thinner vinyl pockets which 1 of maybe every 5 would cause it to stick. I have always been able to easily have it pop back.
