LCDs don't suffer 'ion burn' as to old CRT TV systems. **Q: Is this Projector good for Artists?** A: How do you plan to use it?. It is a good projector. Could could put white cardboard on an easel and display on that. **Q: Can I project a photo from my computer onto a large canvas to trace? If so is it clear?** A: I use a 60 inch screen to do a slid presentation and it works fine for that. Don’t know what size a large canvas is, put will probably work. **Q: I have an epson ex3220 right now that needs replaced. Would this be a good replacement that is comparable?** A: The video is great, but there is no way to hook up external speaks, and the volume level is terrible. I don't recommend it ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ pretty good for the cost *by V***R on May 19, 2021* So, this is not a top-end projector, nor is the picture quality top notch, but you get what you pay for, and this is the LOW-end of nice projectors. It works great for presentations, but I would never use it as a primary projector for a home theater system ... which I do not. Brightness is pretty good in a well lit room, but not stunning, but just fine for presentations. 5 stars because I think you get what you pay for and it does a nice job. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An amazing starter projector *by R***R on April 19, 2021* I will admit when first buying this product I was skeptical, I had a 55 inch flat screen tv and I decided to conserve space in my studio apartment I should switch to a projector. I bought this one in particular because it was around my budget and a brand I had at least heard about. Finally after months of using it i have to say I love projectors! The screen size is massive and it gives a very good movie theater kind of feel to your experience. In addition it takes a big tv out of the way. The brightness is great even for day watching although you’ll have to increase the brightness in the settings for that and the sound is good for a budget projector. For the best experience I recommend getting a fire stick and an echo studio with it and then be able to play the sound through the studio for the best experience. I think eventually I’ll invest in a more expensive 4K projector but for now this one is perfect ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bright Picture *by ***S on January 21, 2022* Great projector, reasonable price. While not a full blast 4K picture, there's enough detail in the XGA images for most applications. The next step up image-wise from here is pretty expensive, so I am very pleased to get most of what projectors two or four times as expensive offer at a price I could afford.
