I am a size 20 and 102kg, and I bought the XXL, which fits, but I would have liked a little extra room around my tummy - the 3XL was out of stock. The coat itself is well made with all the inside seams concealed in piping, which gives it that little more protection against the seams ripping or fraying if the seam is pulled regularly. On the whole, I am delighted with it. Review: Good for the price - I have this coat in blue too from last year and I like them as they are lightweight and comfortable. They are warm enough for wearing on the not so cold days of Winter and good for Autumn and Spring. You'd need a warmer coat when really cold. I'm a 16/18 and the xl fits fine but I wouldn't get a heavy jumper or gilet underneath ( I haven't needed to anyway). I'd keep the heavier items, like phones, in the outside pockets, for safety. I've attached a video so you can see what I mean. **Q: If I am a size 12, and want to wear extra layers with this coat, should I get medium or large? Thanks.** A: I am a size 12/14 with a large bust (34 F) and 80 kg and size L fits me well with a thick jumper underneath .
