Easy read - relevant information.
I'm using the Knight's book for a graduate class. This is the third Knight book we've used, and I love them all. Very practical, not a lot of fluff, easy to read and relate.

Simple explanations for complex ideas!
This is a fabulous book for those who wish to improve their interactions with others in a professional or personal capacity. Jim’s style of writing is personable, using language that the non-academic among us can easily understand! The structure of the book is engaging, with resources available to practice the skills and strategies outlined in each chapter. Recommendations for further reading are also helpful. This is possibly the first ‘textbook’ I have read where I am hooked on the content without falling asleep. In the event that Jim reads this review, there is a typo on the first page of Chapter 6…just so you know for your reprint! Highly recommended!
