I'm not disappointed with my purchase at all It is wider than the one I had before, it's way softer than the one I had before, and because it is a memory foam it just bounce back after someone gets off. It's also very stable, firm legs that could whole a lot of weight I love this bed very much. One thing that's on the down side is the assembling of the wheels for the bag.
