The product received in time and it is an excellent item. Packaging of all the parts are outstanding. I could easily assemble it. But there is no Tummy trimmer inside the box. This is not a professional attitude.

This situation is very disappointing, especially since your company is selling such products but not providing proper after-sales support. It raises serious concerns about the trust customers can place in your services. Kindly treat this as urgent and confirm how and when the repair/replacement under warranty will be arranged.
