We purchased the BESy Black Waterfall Spout Bathroom Single Hole Faucets for our kids’ bathroom because we were looking for a faucet that was solid, easy to operate and that could withstand two young children. The faucets have been installed for some time now and have stood up nicely and still look as if they were installed yesterday. The matte black design we chose is mostly easy to keep clean but does show some water marks (easily wipe up). The faucets were installed in less than five minutes each thanks to the included water lines and simplistic design. They screwed down nice and are sturdy. (I can only speak to the Single hold faucet for ease of install) My favorite feature is how the water flows out of the spout like a waterfall instead of like the traditional water flow of a bathroom faucet. It is nice and quiet and rarely causes excessive splashing even when the kids crank the lever up to high. Overall these faucets are a great value for the money. They have a weight, to them and the nice clean lines give it a modern design. I recommend these faucets whether you are looking to upgrade an outdated bathroom or looking to put something unique in your new build.

Nice and stylish modern faucet. The water flows from the faucet in a noiseless, gentle and beautiful waterfall effect. Very easy to install DIY mode. The water flow falls past the drainage point of the sink in our case, closer to the outer edge, and spilling over the counter edge and some on the floor, but we managed to control the spilling adjusting the maximum flow with the angle valves under sink and now is perfect. Make sure to measure the sink and consider the faucet size before buying it. Quality and durability are kind of questionable. The color peeled on the plate provided to cover the two extra sink holes. Being a peeling and not a scratch points directly to quality. It was during the installation, when securing the faucet from underneath the sink. The faucet imperceptibly shifted just a little bit (almost nothing) over the plate when tightening the nut from below. Finished the installation and once cleaning the faucet, we discovered the peelings made by two of the squared corners of the faucet, that now shows the Stainless steel original color of the metal plate through the little peelings. This is discouraging when thinking about recommending this faucet (unless you only care about the price) because now we are not sure how it is going to handle cleanings and watermarks removal typical for black fittings. Also, the drainage cover is flat, which makes the water rather stand than flowing out of the cover, facilitating the appearance of water marks during daily use.

Easy installation, a beautiful upgrade to my vanity, I can’t speak about durability because it recently installed.

Nice quality. Easy install

This faucet seems well made, is very stylish, and has smooth and easy functionality. I had it installed by a professional, and have not had any issues with leaking... so far. I hope it remains that way. I have also not had any issues with water stains, or rust. I've been using it for about a week, and I love it. I've read in other reviews that too much water comes out when turned on. In my experience, if you do not want so much water you do not need to turn it on full-blast. It's up to you how much water you want to come out of the spout... its totally within your control. Overall, great value for the money spent.

I bought this in November 2024 and it just got installed yesterday (January 2026) as this has been the longest bathroom remodel in history. Sigh. The plumber installed it. Water didn’t flow out of it smoothly and then as we turned it to hot, the faucet itself heated up weirdly hot! I’ve never experienced that from a faucet. We took it out and went to the big box store to get a new (Moen) one. Just something to look out for. In the trash it went.

The installation is simple and can be completed in less than a few minutes. After installation, the faucet flows evenly. I like it very much. The whole countertop looks clean and stylish.
