They fit easily onto the tracks and secure well, though it could be difficult if you’re trying to use them between pieces of flex track mid-curve, if the curve is too tight. To be expected though.My only complaint is so minor that they need to be pulled or cut apart from another piece of material instead of just being separate.

These are so much better than the big square ones from Atlas. They work just like the non-insulated. They fit and they are invisible.
