Sperry Men's, Halyard Slip-On

I love everything about these shoes, but even though I ordered a half size up they were still pretty tight out of the box and not comfortable. So I put on 2 pairs of socks which made them even tighter of course, but after an hour they did stretch out some. Bottom line, I'm sure these will be super comfortable soon, but there will be a break in period. I'll wear them with socks around the house for an hour or two until they break in enough to wear all day.

Product arrived on time and it was what I ordered. I buy Sperrys all the time. Quality shoes and comfortable fit.

I have had great success wearing Sperry shoes and this shoe continues that streak! Not a fan of socks and wanted a black shoe that I could wear with black pants. Found these shoes from Sperry and I am happy with the way they fit. Here's hoping for a long shoe life!!!

Fit is just a tad on the large size. I ordered the size I usually wear and didn't have any major problems, but they do stretch so I find my foot slips around more in the shoe now (2.5 years into owning) than it did when I first got them. I wouldn't do it differently if I could go back, though.Other than that these shoes are AWESOME! You can dress them up, dress them down, wear them without socks and with shorts, or put some fun colored socks on and match them with jeans. Lots of options with these shoes! The sky's the limit!After a few years mine are definitely starting to show signs of heavy wear, but i have gotten my money's worth out of these guys.

I wear these shoes to work in a pharmacy roughly daily. I purchased them as an all purpose shoe and that is exactly what they're good for in my case. I work some days on my feet for the entire 8 hours and other days I'm sitting down for the vast majority of the time. The comfort of these shoes are excellent. The downside to them is that they are white and they do drag a lot of attention to them initially. After a few days of use they become noticeably dirty around the toe area and I am unable to figure out a way to clean them. However, I did not purchase them expecting them to be spot free after use. The comfort outshines any other shoe I have owned in the past year.

I'm planning on returning these to amazon for a new pair, but for no fault to Sperry. Amazon or UPS is the culprit here. I received the shoes yesterday, and when I opened the box I was immediately disappointed.The left shoe appeared to be stained or damaged from something that I still cannot identify. Possible dust (pictured)? It wouldn't come out after rubbing or using a lightly damp cloth, and I'm not a shoe cleaning expert but I don't think I can dump these in the washing machine. Alternatively, the right shoe was perfect, so I could see what they were supposed to look like. Had both shoes been intact, 5 stars would have been automatic. Upon successful exchange I will edit this review, but to receive an unwearable shoe if both aggravating and upsetting.EDIT: Replacement shoes came in! Proper color and no stains or signs of wear! Great sperrys both for shorts, pants, and with or without socks.

I had to return these shoes twice...the first shoes were too small even though they were my size. Then the second box that arrived had two different sizes in it. The third pair which is half size higher than my normal size fits well. They seem to be decent quality and feature the classic Sperry non slip sole. Decent cushioning inside though not as much as my Clarks which I love (since discontinued unfortunately). The canvas has been through some sort of distressing treatment... I would rather buy them non distressed and let them fade normally but I'm sure a designer somewhere thought this was a "cool idea."Overall once you get the size right these are nice shoes.
