Product arrived in poor packaging condition

First of all cassette itself seems to be in an okay condition but this product was poorly packaged. Cassette arrived in shambles inside a makeshift container box. The plastic body which was supposed to hold all the cassette components in place doesn’t even fit. Overall quality of cassette is so so. Will be buying Campagnolo cassettes going forward even if it will cost more.

sitzt locker auf der Nabe. Ritzel bewegen sich gegeneinander.

Lauter einzelne Ritzel, zwischen denen Distanzringe aus Kunststoff zu montieren sind. Leider lassen sich die Ritzel trotz festem Anziehen der Endmutter verdrehen. Da habe ich die Befürchtung, dass sich die Aufnahme auf der Nabe ausschägt. Habe mir dann ein Original Shimano Ritzelpaket gekauft.

Awesome bit of kit

I was anxious to diverge from Shimano, and doubly so with a fully steel cassette. The weight is irrelevant when it shifts this well. Ratios are perfect too - great choice for the older bike.
