bought this product over the years many times. it works great and dries clear. great of sealing pictures, cups, pallets. has a nice shine to it as well

THIS WORKS GREAT TO SEAL MY DIAMOND PAINTINGS . IT GOES ON EVENLY AND SMOOTH AND DRIES QUICKLY. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT IT DOES HAVE A STRONG SELL BUT I AM WILLING TO OVER LOOK THAT BECAUSE IT WORKS JUST THAT GOOD. IT LEAVES MY PAINTINGS LOOKING SO PRETTY AND GLOSSY AND THE DRILLS STAY ON WITHOUT ANY ISSUES.

Works really well, leaves a fair shine, has a bit of an odor to it that lingers for awhile, dries fast, and looks nice.

Exactly as expected- a sealer for art projects that works well and gets the job done. It isn't exactly matte or shiny, it is just right. The smell is horrific so definitely use it outside and with a proper face covering (use as directed).

Good for book binding. If you want a really nice finish and feel for covers on home made books, you'll definitely want to be looking for some clear coating sprays like this. It sound's counterintuitive to spray liquid on paper, but it works wonderfully. The hardest part is keeping dust away while spraying multiple coats outside. Just stay away from fixatives and varnishes unless that's somehow what you want. But it can be confusing when browsing all the options so, yknow. The krylon stuff works great too. But I think the mod podge spray is like somewhere in the middle in terms of spray size/volume. Like Krylon 1311 and its glossy counterpart are good but are quite fine mist and might require more coats to build up the coating you want. So I kind of recommend looking for clear krylon colormaxx versions to use in the middle coat to build it up before finishing with the finer mist for quality. On a clear sunny day they should dry almost instantly, at least enough to put another coat on. Maybe a bit longer for the thicker ones. Ultimately I think the krylon stuff just works better for a cheaper price, even if the nozzle on these is slightly better. But it still works great for my case. I find myself needing 4-6 total coats depending on the desired finish. Sounds like a lot but it's a small surface area and like I said they dry quickly so you can do them fast. The first two I do with a UV resistant spray for extra protection, and then build the rest up with whatever desired finish. Also worth noting you can mix and match finishes if you want to get particular, like layering a gloss under a thin layer of matte to soften it type beat. I just hold the cover up to the light of the sun to look for imperfections in the sheen and if it's a little splotchy, just do another coat. One last thing, since each individual coat is thinner than most pieces of dust, you can most often pick out the dust after waiting for the previous coat to dry as long as you're vigilant. That's about it, hopefully this information is useful to others trying to figure this out.

Game changer for sealing paper and photos before placing into epoxy resin. Needs two coats for complete sealing though. Very strong odour so only use outdoors. My photos didn't curl up at the edges either so that was a definite plus. Will seal most surfaces I think for this purpose.

Great top seal over my decoupaging with modpodge to give better water resistant seal & stop 'tacky' feel modpodge can have.

The only problem is the smell! You need to use it outside - it's pretty noxious - and build up layers lightly - but it defo does the job and the finish is great
