A friend recommended this to me and I really didn’t think it would work. I was amazed at the results. No more restless legs keeping me awake a small price to pay for big Benefits.

This works. Truly helps the evening restless leg feeling. Most nights now it doesn’t occur and if it does, is very slight. Really feel relief with it.

Restful Legs is a homeopathic remedy I have found to be very helpful when I can't sleep because of that 'antsy' feeling in my legs. Or when I wake up with restless, twitchy legs that won't settle down. Nothing I have read about 'restless leg syndrome' suggested any solution to the problem that worked for me. I saw the name 'Restful Legs' on the package of this item in my local drugstore. It sold for about $12 per bottle of (I think) 30 tablets. I realize the mainstream doctors do not put any stock in homeopathy, dismissing any benefits a patient might report to be a placebo effect. But restless leg syndrome is not some dangerous condition, rather, more of a nuisance. A placebo may not help, but it won't hurt. So I decided to give it a try. And I found that it works, most of the time. When the symptoms appear, I dissolve 3 of the little tablets under the tongue at intervals, according to the directions, until I get relief. If it's a placebo, so what? It works for me. The problem is that sometimes I can't find it at local drugstores. I was very pleased to find that it is available through Amazon (various prices, various quantities per package). The pack of four bottles of 50 pills each cost only $31, and with Amazon prime, shipping was free. I would pay more than that to consult my medical practitioner and be told that there is no sure remedy for the symptoms of restless legs syndrome. They might write a prescription. Or perhaps, send me to a specialist who would put me through a battery of tests, and tell me the same. These medical professionals might laugh at the idea of homeopathic remedies, or they might say, 'There's no science behind it, but it won't hurt you to try it.' It tried it and it works for me. If you want to give it a try, buy one bottle. You will know for sure whether it helps with your problem by the time you finish that bottle, and you've only spent a few dollars to find out.

...try this first. I was beginning to worry that I was going to suffer with RLS for the rest of my life, or have to start on yet another prescription. Every night, my legs would act up and, no matter how tired I was, would not settle down until I got up and walked for several minutes. Sometimes, it would take multiple tries of walking, lying down, walking, lying down, etc. before I could get to sleep, and even then, my sleep wasn't great. If I woke up, it started all over again. And of course, every time I struggled with it, my wife paid the price. It got to the point where I considered sleeping in another bed, just to spare her the hassle. Let me say that I am the biggest skeptic when it comes to stuff like this. I usually treat the words "herbal", "homeopathic" and "all-natural" as synonyms for "ineffective quackery". But when you're desperate, that gets set aside, especially when you read reviews like I had read for this stuff And boy, I was desperate, so when I saw this, I immediately placed an order. I wasn't sure it would work, especially since I did not follow the recommended dosing instructions. It calls to take this every four hours, even throughout the day, and at that rate, I might as well have paid the money for a prescription. Instead, I only took 2-3 pills right before I got into bed. And it worked. It worked the next night, as well. And the night after. 2-3 pills right before bed, more if it didn't feel as if it were going to work, and I was usually good to go. I figured there must be a catch...at some point, maybe I would build up immunity to it and it would stop working. Well, on 20 of the past 22 nights, I've had zero issues with my legs, compared to misery and agony virtually every night before that. I have only had two episodes of RLS that didn't respond immediately to this product. Both times, I was able to get up and walk for a few minutes, then return to bed with my legs relaxed and no further problems. So, even when it doesn't immediately knock the RLS on the first dose, it certainly shortens the symptoms considerably. While it's not 100% perfect, it is MILES better than suffering every night, and on the rare occasion that I still have issues, it is a relatively minor inconvenience rather than a frustrating, ongoing experience. In 22 days, I'm just shy of halfway through the four pack, and if there's any downside, it is this, hence the four stars. I'd like to be able to buy 500 in a bottle, and since the pills are tiny, it certainly shouldn't be a big deal. You think 200 pills will last you a long time, but they do not. But, I'm not complaining too much. At the rate I'm going, I'm treating this for a little over $12 a month, and no doctor visit. Totally worth it. What a difference. Not only for me, but for my wife. We can finally get a good night's sleep. EDIT: Unfortunately, it didn't last. I've read that this is not uncommon with many RLS treatments. I had to take more and more pills to get relief, and now the pills don't work at all. It was a nice couple of months while it worked, though. I don't blame the product. It's just the nature of the condition. I would still recommend that anyone with RLS give it a try. Your results might be better than mine. I'm keeping the four star rating.

every time i go to use one, i grumble that it's just malarky and i'm wasting my money, but then it works. sometimes it takes a double dose, but it works every time, so i keep buying them.

My niece found these to help me when other things didn't work. Low magnesium and B12 and low iron can all contribute to triggering a long and painful bout of restless legs. I have found that the sublingual, quick-dissolving tabs work the best. I just pop two or three under my tongue, and it helps to calm down the legs. They also have a PM version to help you get to sleep. Great company. I've tried some of their other products, too, like Nerve Tonic, and they work in tandem with each other. Best of all is that they are natural and homeopathic, so no side effects. Big bonus there!
