Love this ramen. Doesn’t upset your stomach or make you feel bad. Digest easy and is delicious. Hard to get hit or miss if it’s in stock but if it is grab some before they are gone!

The best lower carb ramen noodle soup. I love the flavour and the ingredients are less than the more popular brands.

My husband and I both love instant ramen but we are both trying to eat healthier. This helps us get our fix of instant ramen with a lot less carbs, sodium in calories. It's also really high in protein, and I normally add seaweed or cabbage to have some more vegetables. The noodles are pretty tasty. My only drawback is that the broth could be more flavorful imo, so I usually add miso paste which makes it taste a lot better.

It’s a bit pricey, but it’s so good! I haven’t had ramen in years because of the unhealthy ingredients. Now I can eat ramen guilt free, and not feel bloated after eating. The texture was like whole-wheat noodle texture, it’s not bad at all. Actually I actually prefer it. The soup at the end was amazing OMG. I think I found a favorite! I just wish there was more in the pack. I’m going to wait until there’s a sale to stalk up lol.

I've been a long time customer, and this is my favorite flavor--beef (chicken is alright, and lemongrass was ok but a tad spicy). After letting the noodles seep for a few minutes with boiling water, I drain the liquid out as to remove a good portion of the sodium content. The flavor remains strong even after doing so; they're delicious!

So I am one of those mom’s who read all the ingredients and try to give my kids as healthy as I can. For that reason my kids have not had instant noodles. Most of them are just chemicals and junk although they are tasty. I am thrilled about these. 20 grams of protein and pretty clean ingredients!! My kids love them. Also the fact that the Gordon Ramsay is the spokesperson says a lot. I hope they don’t stop making these and they come out with more yummy flavors.

Compared to other beef ramen I've had, this brand seemed blander to me. The texture was fine. My husband had some and disagreed with me about the flavor; he thought it tasted similar to other brands. I probably wouldn't get it again, just because it's kind of pricey and not particularly yummy.

This is the BEST tasting Ramen I've ever had! I didn't expect a whole lot because, well, it's Ramen. I was very pleasantly surprised with the taste and texture. The noodles have absolutely no "protein" taste to them. I'll be ordering more flavors as soon as they're back in stock. Great find!!!
