Does it come with the filter beads or do we have to purchase those separately?

When you purchase the item it comes with beads. I think after a certain time these will need to be placed.

How will I know if this is compatible with my shower hose

I’m sure they are all standard size so should fit. If it doesn’t fit you can buy an adapter. I believe the shower head with the on/ off button cannot be used with an electric shower.

Can the filter be used aswel as the shower head? And how long do the beads last b4 they need replacing? Thanks

Not sure about the filter,but its recommended that the beads are replaced every 6-8months
