Hubby likes these set. He has been using it a lot for his physical therapy to get strength back in his elbow and hands. Very easy to use and has different hardness as you strengthen the hands / elbow. Size is great for what he needs it for. It is a durable material. Material is putty like play dough but better. Versatility is good.

Each of the four tubs comes with a different resistance level, clearly color-coded from extra-soft to firm, which makes it easy to progress as hand strength improves. I started with the softer putty after a wrist injury and gradually worked up to the firmer ones. It’s reassuring to know I can keep building strength at my own pace. The texture is just right—pliable and smooth without being sticky or crumbly. Unlike some cheaper putties, this one doesn’t leave residue on my hands or dry out, even after repeated use. I also appreciate that it’s non-toxic and silicone-based, which makes it safe for both adults and kids to handle. It doubles as a great fidget and stress-relief tool. I’ve found myself reaching for it at my desk while reading or on long calls, and it really helps keep my hands busy while easing tension. I only started a week ago, and I'm still challenged by the Extra Soft putty. I'm prone to cramp in both palms, and sniffness in my fingers. In the past, I tried one of those crank spring contraptions but it was too strenuous, and impractical. This putty is exactly what I needed. It's practical because it can be used somewhat idly during meetings or watching TV, without interrupting those activities. The putty takes on the shape of the container, so it stores easily. There is no funny smell, and no mess. I am happy with this product at far. I have not yet tried the red, green or blue. I look forward to graduating to these more challenging putties. It's only been one week, and I'm not rushing. Strength training requires patience and consistence.
