**Q: will this repair cavities?**
A: I think that you have to get a toothpaste with nano-hydroxyapatite for it to heal cavities and this seems to have micro-hydroxyapatite. The molecules are larger so they don't soak into the teeth the way the smaller molecules do.

A: Not at all. The reason I use this is because my enamel has grown thin which results in extreme sensitivity. This toothpaste has been a real blessing in my quest to keep my natural teeth.

This toothpaste has done wonders to repair my enamel. My teeth were so sensitive before I got this. I didnt want toothpaste from the USA bc of all the extra garbage they put in USA products. After years of using whitening products my teeth I concluded needed enamel repaired because they were so sensitive. I love this toothpaste! Can’t speak directly to enamel repaired but if a symptom that’s it’s repairing is no more sensitive teeth, then this is it! My teeth feel clean, not alot of froth in that it doesn’t fill my mouth with frothy stuff as I brush. Pleasant taste, too.
