These also stopped working after about five weeks so, I missed the return window. I ordered a new replacement from SOS-Accessorie at a cost of £33.50 for a single controller. Given the poor performance from the previous four, I was fearful that I would also have to return it also. I’m happy to report that the new controller is performing well. So, the moral of the tale is? This is terrible. It doesn't connect well at all to the TV, you have push down on the buttons really hard. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.
