You can use it to remove minor scratches, prep for any coatings you might want to use or just leave it alone for a great gloss shine and protection with SIO2. This is my second bottle in over five years, I’ve used it on four cars now and it just did a perfect job on my C8 Corvette. I topped it with meguires ceramic wax, which also is so easy to put on. the car is stunning.

They say if it hasn't been heated enough when applied it should be wiped down with CarPro Eraser before applying coating. How do I know when/if it's been heated enough? I use Eraser before applying any coatings. It's easy and Eraser isn't that expensive. I'd rather not worry about my coating not sticking well. We're this less expensive it would be the finish polish I used all the time.

**Q: Is the item durable**
A: Durable? As in durable protection for your paint? No. Essence Polish only primes the paint for sealant or coatings, does not provide protection. Follow up with CarPro Reload or CQuartz

**Q: Can it be used as a primer for other brands of ceramic coatings?**
A: Absolutely. It will remove light swirls when used with a DA, and shines things up well. Great all in one product. An alcohol wipe down after and you’re ready to ceramic coat.

**Q: Can this be used as a primer for a graphene coating?**
A: Polishes are perfect prior to adding a coating. Just use a prep spray before your coating to get all oils and such off

**Q: So is this an all in one product?**
A: It will work as a sealant, but best with ceramic coating after

Better than 3D Speed! Lasts quite a while and actually works instead of filling in with a fillers (bunch of junk that will appear to have taken out scratches until the fillers wash out). I’m not the biggest Carpro fan when it comes to polishing products, but this is pretty good. Longevity, quality, shine, actually works, and leaves a bit of protection afterward. Pretty good AIO polish compared to others I’ve used.
