Good enough product for me. Seems to be ok and working

I ordered this to clear out my clogged intestines and had really bad constipation. I noticed a difference right away! There are so many benefits that I did not expect as well! First, my skin started clearing up from mild breakouts around my hairline. Second, I started having bowel movements once a day and that relieved that feeling of clogged up pressure within my abdomen! Third, I started eating less food because I felt better. Lastly, I take it right after dinner and noticed I fell asleep faster and there was less restlessness. Over all, I am very pleased with the results of this supplement and will continue taking it daily with my dinner. I feel so much better now that I have daily bowel movements and no longer take any toxic or unnatural laxatives because I am off that train and it is all thanks to this supplement! I may experiment with increasing the dosage down the road!

I was looking for a quality Berberine supplement when I came across this brand as highly recommended. So far it’s working great. I haven’t has as much of an appetite between meals and my quality of sleep is good overall. I’m in perimenopause so my supplement supply is fairly robust and this bright yellow pill is doing what it’s supposed to. I also appreciate that it’s a once a day dose too, so only one pill needed. Personally I didn’t find it difficult to swallow at all. Only 4 stars because the coating has a sour and unusual taste, unlike my other pill capsules.

Highly effective for gut health, digestion and less bloating. I've noticed less inflammation in my joints/muscles and better energy throughout the day. Start off by taking 500mg, then increase it to 2-3 500mg doses per day.

This was my 4th time ordering this brand. First 3 times, I received a good product ordering the single bottles each time. My glucose levels were good with low readings. I ordered the single bottles for those times and for this 4th time I ordered the 2 bottles package, and believe I was sent a placebo because they did not work. I check my glucose 3x a day and my glucose had shot up by 20+ points each time. I stayed the course with the last package for a week and even tried the 2nd bottle in the package. You can always tell if any Berberine is in your system if it shows up in your urine. It was no longer showing in my urine. So I ordered another reputable brand and almost instantly my glucose numbers went down and it was now showing in my urine. The single bottles of this brand did work; but the package of 2 had no Berberine.

Ok, I don't know what kind of witchcraft this stuff is, but wow. I did some research on what type of supplements would help with my symptoms of inflammation, IBS, possible thyroid disease. And potentially having the help of weight loss wasn't a bad idea either. Since starting the berberine almost two months ago, I have not had a flare of my IBS. This is the longest I've gone without issue in almost 16 years. My stomach has never felt this good. It definitely has suppressed my appetite as well, I have already lost a few pounds. We will see at my upcoming dr appt about the effects on thyroid etc, but wow I am so happy and have already recommended this to my friends. They are on the large size, and I struggle with taking pills but it's doable. They do taste pretty bad if they sit in your mouth too long. But totally worth it!
