How would they do on cobblestone, such as is typical in Europe?** A: I purchased this unit for my 98 year old Mother so she could continue to garden and work in her flowers. It has worked very well over the uneven grass of the yard and moves with little effort. The front wheels are ~2" wide and the rear ~1.75". Over normal cobblestone they should roll quite well, on more worn and irregular stone pavement, I do not know how it will react. The pneumatic tires make the unit very versatile and smooth on all the surfaces we have tried it on. **Q: What is the inside width between the back wheels? I have a wide gait and tend to trip on the wheels of the walker I am using now. Thank you.** A: The wheels are on the outside, But the red side bars, sit on the inside. I measured from one side bar to the other and there is a 18 inch Clearance. The seat is very wide too which means you can put a lot of things on it. I bought it mainly for gardening because my other one wouldn't go over the lawn and this one does. **Q: When it isn't unassemble , what would be the highest size of a part? I need to fix it in a 23" tall bagage.** A: When the unit is folded-up and laying down it will be ~16" tall x 32" long. **Q: How well does this work in the sand at the beach and can it get wet?** A: Should work fine on wet sand, not sure on dry, soft sand. He had back surgery and has a hard time getting around. He does a lot of outdoor range events and needs something that will roll better on gravel, grass, and unpaved areas. This chair is real nice and the large tires work really well. They inflate to 35 psi. The chair was super easy to click together. Just have to slide the legs on to the proper mounts, they are all marked A to A, B to B, etc. The breaks are already installed and didn't even need adjustments yet. I am sure with some use they will need to be tightened but out of the box they are good. Reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the bag is cheaply made. It came with a broken zipper already so that will not even close but it will still work fine staying open. Also, it came with some sort of mini-holder but there doesn't seem to be any way to mount it. The directions are pretty much useless also but fortunately it is very sturdy and easy to assemble. I just threw out the mini-holder. Over all real nice and good quality. Just the accessories are junk and the directions are very basic.
