Just like bar shaped jerky. Much much smaller than I expected. I wouldn't buy again honestly **Q: Can you buy these single bars anywhere?** A: Gas stations sometimes have them in singles **Q: Can you cook with these?** A: Yes. Because they are ground meat, I find it best to simply soak and or boil in a soup or millet with veggies. Works very well. Especially gives a good meal flavor when,like the chicken siracha, they are too spicy for my taste. My local gas station carries the chicken siracha in single bars **Q: Are these similar to "wag bars" ?** A: I've never tried a wag bar. My problem with these is that i found them extremely salty. I think the best aspect of these is that they're filling. They come in fat bricks that look like some kind of protein bar of processed meat. Which I suppose is exactly what they are. Unfortunately they are verrrry greasy. Which would upset my stomach at times. But as they advertise, very keto-friendly. They do taste fair and of the flavor/meat they intend to, but it's just not that tasty.
