Wilton Excelle Elite Non-Stick - Non-Stick Tart and Quiche Pan with Removable Bottom, 9-Inch, Steel

This pan is of fine quality with superior non-stick ability. It's nice and heavy so the tart crust is supported while removing the pan from the oven. My tarts made in the pan turned out evenly browned and beautiful. The pan is so nice that I imagine it will last for many, many years.

These were very easy to use, lightweight and my crusts baked very evenly. The nonstick surface was great and I loved the functionality of the removable bottom. It was a little tricky, but easy enough to figure out. Definitely only intended for crusts, as anything else would leak.

When Wilton says, non-stick, they really mean it. I made my first fruit tart using this pan. I found to keep the crust flat, to place my smaller cast iron frying pan on the crust to bake and it worked wonderfully. I highly recommend this brand.

Though I think the pan is a bit thin for quiche (my taste), it can be used for tarts or quiche. The removable bottom makes it easier to cut/serve and allows for a much nicer presentation than traditional pans where the bottom isn't removable. Pan cleans easily, so a good addition for anyone making tarts or quiche.

I have made several tarts with this pan, and it works great- true non-stick surface, even baking, and easy to clean.

I received two pans WITHOUT removable bottoms when all I wanted was one pan WITH a removable bottom. Blatantly false advertising.

This pan for quiches and tarts is heavier and sturdier than it looks -- a good thing.
