Was this supposed to come with the adhesive as well? Id did not with my order i just recieved.

The anchors are not supplied with grout. The adhesive grout needs to be ordered separately, as there are 4 types of adhesive. We do offer 4 kits which each contain 4 SP10 anchors and a matching amount of the various grouts.

Will this work in a cement block?

We do not recommend using our anchors in cement blocks.

I want to use these to mount D-rings which have two 3/8" holes 1 1/2" on center. Will these anchors work with the holes that close together?

Yes, you can use gtwo asphalt anchors in close proximity. However, the sum total of the resistance of 2 anchors in close proximity is less than the sum of the two individual ratings. In the case of the SP10 anchors mounted on asphalt 2.5" thick, the combined for will be 2,100 lbs instead of 3,000 lbs. If the asphalt is thicker, the force increases proportionally to the thickness.

What's the difference between the sp10 zinc plated and the sp10 zinc plated fba anchors shown as different options above?

The two items are physically identical. The FBA is stored and fulfilled ny Amazon. The other one is stored and fulfilled by us, the manufacturer. Amazon takes a hefty fee for fulfillment, thus tge price difference
