It's not working but agent was very helpful
The item just turned on with only sound coming from machine but no steam Within 3days, I got the replacement very fast.

Defective product received
I have viewed many videos about this product on YouTube to get a clear understanding of how exactly this product works and whether it’s suitable for me. The product I received leaks as I mop and doesn’t work properly. It seemed like a used and rejected product instead of a brand new one. Be careful when you buy online. I’ll probably get this one from an outlet.

Great for the money
The only reason why I’m giving 4 stars is the length of the power cable. The mop cleans great. The water tank i enough to clean two mid size rooms. It doesn’t leave too much water behind. The attachments are great, especially the brushes. It removes grease from the oven, girt from tiles with ease. The only disadvantage is that the cable is too short. Makes it a bit uncomfortable cleaning big area without having to change power outlets or using an extension cord.

Steam Mop
I'm really happy with my purchase. I am living in a villa with all tiled floors so the stream mop has made the job of cleaning the floors so much easier. We also steam cleaned our mattress. The only disadvantage is the cord could do with being longer. Using an extension lead may be necessary for large areas.

Great buy, the only downside is that it isn’t wireless!!! But other than that, it’s amazing. Leaves the house extremely clean and disinfected.

This product is good but I had to return it since I needed some deep cleaning not a steam cleaner.
